Countries to which we can ship using the DDP (Duty Paid Delivery) method, which means no customs clearance and no customs duties are required.

Depending on the product, storage time is 1 to 5 days and shipping time is 7 to 15 days.

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@vapsolo-vape.es. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Returned items will not be accepted without a prior return request.
